Aviation Biofuel Ethanol project - Equity - Investment- Partnership
Aviation Bio fuel development – with Grade A off-takers - Carbon saving from 64%- 86%. (Total CAPEX -USD$530 million) Final reviewing of site in West Africa and Asia.
Phase 1 of the project will have a CAPEX of USD$180M this will enable over 381million litres of Ethanol for export for the production of certified Aviation biofuel "ALT100" . Total project will consist of 200,000 acres of feed stock land, 3 starch plants, 1 Ethanol Plant. The project includes at least 20% of feedstock to be allocated for consumption.
ASTM International recently revised ASTM D7566 Annex A5—the Standard Specification for Aviation Turbine Fuel Containing Synthesized Hydrocarbons—to add ethanol as an approved feedstock for producing alcohol-to-jet synthetic paraffinic kerosene (ATJ-SPK).

GKI AI & blockchain development
The GKI AI & blockchain team have received further investment to bolster on going systems security via analysis of public blockchain transactions and private keys.
The GKI system technology develops highly secure variables in cryptography and blockchain contracts with enhanced algorithms for encryption and decryption of codes.
GKI is also in the process of developing a private key security protection technology to help with securing and safe storage of one of the methods of authentication.
GKI only deal with the technology for blockchain contracts and exchanges and are not involved directly in any crypto coin. The GKI Blockchain analysis can source cryptocurrency transactions. Further Technology to be developed will help exchanges better manage user addresses and KYC compliant cash services.

Greater Accra Ridge Hospital USD $306.5M (Phase 1 $225M) Public
Our first project in West Africa - Includes a new 420-bed building over 29,700 sqm with 12 operating blocks, a treatment block and a cutting-edge maternity ward. In addition, some of the building’s electricity supply is provided by solar power, enabling it to meet environmental standards. The hospital is the first LEED for Healthcare certified project on the African continent, having earned a Silver rating.

Brickell Centre Miami
Americaribe / Bouygues - Brickell City Centre is a new project launched on behalf of SWIRE properties in June 2013. The first phase, consisting of the retail space and revolutionary ‘Climate Ribbon’, has been completed as of late 2016, with the opening commenced on November 3rd, 2016. The 2nd phase involving the construction of residential units and additional office space, has been completed in 2018. At the heart of the project is four stories of retail and entertainment space, topped by six smaller towers. In its full completion, the complex has two residential towers, two office towers, a wellness tower, a luxury open-air shopping centre and a hotel. The site also has 2 levels of underground parking and covered sidewalks. Pedestrian bridges and walkways provide easy access between the four parcels of the development 1 Open air shopping centre, 120,000 sqft Office space and 2 large residential towers In total five-million-square-foot complex, opened in late 2016, spans more than nine acres and includes three levels of retail shopping, two office towers and the 352-suite East Hotel, with 500,000 square feet of retail space — both luxury and mid-price — 260,000 square feet of office space and more than 1 million square feet of residential units

One World Trade Centre (WTC)
At 1,776 feet tall, One World Trade Centre (WTC) is not only the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere. Its sheer size, geographic constraints, and operational necessities make it easily one of the region’s — if not the nation’s — most complex projects ever built. In 2004, AECOM Tishman was selected to provide preconstruction and construction management services for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s 104-story One World Trade Center. As the builder of the original Twin Towers in 1973, AECOM Tishman has been working at the WTC site since 2001, assisting with the 9/11 clean-up efforts and managing more than 11 million square feet of new construction
